Salary: RM3500-RM4500
Working Days: 5 days, 2 days off
Working Location: Bukit Jalil
Job Duties:
•Handle inbound customer calls quickly and effectively, and take help from phone banking officers where necessary
•Sign up customers for I-Banking
•Route calls through IVR where applicable
•Maintain contact records to reflect current information
•Requests and complaints Turn around
•Promote cross sell of all banking products
•Maintain accuracy of information given to customers
•Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer charter.
•Ensure all sales pitches are made without any mis-selling
Required Skills:
1. At least 1 year experience in Call Centre, or Customer Service
2. Minimum SPM as last education
3. Previous Experience in bank sector added advantage
4. Welcome Fresh grads
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
