Job Description:

• Provide support and assistance to Sales team.
• Assist, prepare and compile Exco reports and yearly sales budget & forecast with Sales Personnel for submission to VP/COO.
• To proceed with sales order and ensure that all documentations are complete before submitting to Product Department

a) customer signed PO/quotation with agreements, if needed.

b) configuration and technical spec sheet.

c) ensure payment is received according to the terms before proceed order.

• Establish/develop positive business relationship with existing/potential customers to expand business opportunities.
• Responsible for overseeing the process running from order to installation and after sales service to ensure service delivery within expectations.
• Co-responsible for the continuous development of the key account relationships and achievement of sales targets/budget set for appointed region/market/projects.
• Follow up of all accounts eg customers - attending to their enquiries and quotation requests and submission, follow up on Purchase Order, sales and installation requirements, delivery, machines installation, spares parts , invoicing , payment collection, regular visits and correspondences, payment collection and any other sales related task.
• Any other duties as and when deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the department.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Good command in written and spoken English.
• Able to converse in basic Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
• Working experience in the related field or sales support roles would be an added advantage
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
