We are looking for an Operation Executive to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our vending machine business.
Job Summary:
The Operation Executive is responsible for managing the operations and maintenance of coffee vending machines across various locations. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in F&B operations, a keen eye for quality control, and the ability to lead a team in delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of coffee vending machines, ensuring smooth service, timely restocking, and maintenance across multiple locations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of service technicians and area supervisors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with coffee bean suppliers, machine manufacturers, and other vendors to ensure timely deliveries and optimal machine performance.
- Customer Relations: Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction through regular check-ins, issue resolution, and excellent service.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and machine parts, ensuring supplies are consistently available.
- Quality Control: Ensure all machines are cleaned and maintained to F&B hygiene standards. Oversee product quality, machine calibration, and taste consistency.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze machine usage data to optimize service schedules, reduce downtime, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and food handling regulations. Handle inspections and audits as required.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar operations role, preferably within the F&B industry (coffee shop, cafe, vending, catering, etc.).
- Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, Operations, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of coffee equipment, maintenance protocols, and general F&B standards.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills for resolving machine issues and operational challenges.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer Service: A passion for delivering high-quality service and building strong client relationships.
- Flexibility: Willing to travel to various machine locations as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
