  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: HR Executive (Chinese Speaker)

Working Location: Senai, Johor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary: Basic RM 4k to 5k (can be negotiate, depends on last drawn salary & experiences)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage recruitment processes, employee records, and payroll, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will also handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and contribute to continuous HR policy improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare employment letters and manage employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Handle payroll, attendance, leave records, and statutory contributions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Address employee misconduct and disciplinary actions
  • Assist in HR policy development and documentation
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks if required
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality in performing tasks given

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in HR, Psychology, Mass Communications, Business, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years of HR experience (recruitment & HR)
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws (advantageous)
  • Able to communicate well in English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
