Job Description
- Ensure F&B and kitchen costs are kept under control.
- Manage cost control in timely and accurate information feedback to management.
- Monitor periodic food and beverage inventories.
- Establish and update potential food and beverage cost for the outlet.
- Participate in recipes costing.
- Prepare daily/monthly cost control report to ensure accurate reporting of revenue and cost of outlet.
- Stocktake month-end basis.
- Performs related duties and other ad-hoc matters assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Inventory Controls and Product Costing
- Exposure in F&B Operations is an added advantage.
- An eye for Processes and identifying Process Controls/Internal Controls
- Ability to compile Trends and Ratios for Post Review Analysis
- Knowledge in Basic Accounting
- Team worker with clear communication skills and assertive
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
