Job Description

  • Ensure F&B and kitchen costs are kept under control.
  • Manage cost control in timely and accurate information feedback to management.
  • Monitor periodic food and beverage inventories.
  • Establish and update potential food and beverage cost for the outlet.
  • Participate in recipes costing.
  • Prepare daily/monthly cost control report to ensure accurate reporting of revenue and cost of outlet.
  • Stocktake month-end basis.
  • Performs related duties and other ad-hoc matters assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in Inventory Controls and Product Costing
  • Exposure in F&B Operations is an added advantage.
  • An eye for Processes and identifying Process Controls/Internal Controls
  • Ability to compile Trends and Ratios for Post Review Analysis
  • Knowledge in Basic Accounting
  • Team worker with clear communication skills and assertive
