  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Qualifications & experience

  • Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills.
  • Experience in handling room reservations.
  • Front Desk Duties proficiency (arrival list, departure list, night audit etc).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of property management or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of properties options.
  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budget.
  • Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
  • Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
  • Answering any questions guests might have about the reservation, arrival, payment process.
  • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
