1. The primary responsibility of a hotel reservation agent is to book hotel rooms for guests. This includes answering inquiries about room availability, pricing, and amenities, as well as processing reservations and payments. Handling room reservations and online travel agents extranet. 2. Coordinating with Front Office associates with regards to room bookings and special request from guests. 3. Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with norms and procedures 4. Assist projects related to Front Office as and when required and meeting up with datelines 5. Coordinating operations scopes related to Reservations and Admin 6. Provide information, respond to customer inquiries and questions, investigate rate options and availability, and provide details on available options. Assist with booking the reservation and provide confirmation details. Also help with changing or canceling an existing reservation. 7. Compiling and reconciliation monthly reports for account / head of department.
