Job Summary
Provide full support and assistance to the Head of Department in organizing and managing the Human Resources Department to meet the requirement of the organization and personnel.
Recruitment & Selection
- Participate in recruitment related events such as career fair and college / university interviews.
- Familiar with the roles and responsibilities of all positions available in the hospital.
Compensation & Benefits
- Prepare and monitor issuance of hospital guarantee letter for employee and ensure necessary supporting document has been obtained.
- Update staff medical expenses monitor their entitlement and generate medical expenses report on monthly basis and to monitor the Group Personal Accident for employee and to proceed with the necessary action when the need arises.
- To update on expenses related to tailoring of uniforms and payment of shoe subsidies for budget monitoring purposes.
- Keep track of the uniform stocks and issue according for new hires.
Leave Management
- Monitor employee annual leave, medical leave, hospitalization leave, maternity leaves etc. are adhering to the hospital policy and procedures.
- Update all leave applications and entitlements into the payroll system and generate leave related reports whenever required.
Training & Development
- Assist in the arrangement and deliverance of the trainings conducted by Human Resources Department
- Update and keep track of the training attendance and records.
- Maintain training planner and post basic related training records.
- Check and verify training related claims.
- Submission of HRDF Claims.
Education Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Development
Experience / Knowledge Requirements
- Fresh graduate / less than 2 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Preferably in healthcare / hospitality related services industries.
- Experience in Hospital settings would be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal communication and written skills.
- Possess people skills, Intelligent, resourceful and people oriented requiring minimal supervision.
- Possess strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
