DESIGNATION : Manager, Enterprise Application

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reporting to Group Chief Digital & Technology Office based in Singapore. This role requires managing IT functions for both Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of digitalisation and initiatives (e.g. Salesforce, DocuSign etc) from inception to completion and ensure all digital deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Work with internal and external parties on technical solutions and solution implementations.
  • Ensure that all requirements are captured and work with vendor on the User Acceptance Tests specifications.
  • Act as the IT business partner to the project team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring that solutions are both feasible and aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with users to implement various small-scale initiatives, providing guidance and support to maximize value.
  • Work with external Data Protection Officer service to ensure compliance with PDPC/GDPR and other relevant regulations.
  • Oversee a small application development team when required, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet technical requirement.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting officer.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology related field.
  • Experience in Azure cloud experience with success in operational/administration and deployment/migration projects in Cloud Environment.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills. At ease in communicating with business users at all levels of the corporate hierarchy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
  • Pro-active, meticulous, resourceful and strong team player.
  • Able to work independently under tight schedules.
  • Work well with all functional levels in the organization.
