As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Category Manager to join our team. This role is integral in shaping the future of our product offerings, ensuring that we meet customer demands while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales, profitability, and market share.
- Analyze customer insights, sales data, and market trends to make data-driven decisions on product selection, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing and product availability.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to optimize the fast food menu and customer offerings.
- Monitor product performance, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews of the fast food category, forecast trends, and adjust strategies to meet changing customer preferences.
- Manage product lifecycles from development to delisting, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high product quality standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Tourism and Hospitality or related field.
- Proven experience as a Category Manager, preferably in the fast food, food service, hotel or retail industries.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
