Working hours: Monday to Friday; 8.30am to 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
  • Recording and maintaining daily financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and receipts.
  • Review Invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment, ensure 2-way and 3-way matching is done before releasing the payment.
  • Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to supplier in a timely manner.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, aging reports, and statement of accounts.
  • Ensure employee claims are accurate, complete. Should check the receipts, invoices and supporting documents, and compare them with polices and the budget.
  • Maintain relationship with bank official for managing the payments.
  • Perform SOA reconciliation on monthly basis and maintain the cash book on daily basis.
  • Prepare and support finance manager for cash out flow projection on weekly basis.
  • Resolving all payables-related issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accounts ledger and assist in monthly closing
  • Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis.
  • Supporting internal and external audit requirements
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in accounting and above, or equivalents
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience (Preferably with 2-5 years of working experience in AP Team _Invoice booking, payment, banking etc.)
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office/365 & Excel
  • Required language skills: English, BM, Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a positive attitude, mature, hardworking and result orientated
  • Work Location: Cheras, Plaza Dwitasik
  • Able to start immediately
