  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set of accounts and accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with current accounting practices and principles.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly accounts, management reports, forecasts, and maintain good budgetary controls.
  • Investigate, reconcile, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Assist in monitoring accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate cash book entries on a day-to-day basis.
  • Maintain accounting records using AutoCount accounting systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma in Finance and/or Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and perform well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
