QA ENGINEER

Roles And Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and guide the QA team in performing intermediate and final inspections to ensure product compliance with engineering specifications and standards. 2. Cooperate with QA CMM programmer to oversee inspection activities and resource allocation to ensure support for seamless manufacturing operations, minimizing production downtime due to quality-related issues. 3. Responsible to validate inspection report when found non-conformation or abnormality from the measurement result trend. Detailed reports to be prepared and presented of the non-conformance for engineering team to review and analyses. 4. Work closely with Engineering team to resolve the non-conformance issue by participle in the NCR/Quality Clinic meeting. 5. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop Process Plans, work instructions, inspection plan and other relevant documentation to ensure smooth production processes. 6. Create and maintain comprehensive Product Quality Plans (PQP) that ensure full compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. 7. Lead the preparation, review, and submission of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) to ensure product conformance with customer specifications. 8. Work with the Quality System Engineer to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the quality management system. 9. Author and review technical documents such as quality procedures, quality plans, and other technical reports, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory standards. 10. Identify and implement opportunities for improving the quality of products and processes through enhanced inspection plans, methods, tools, and skill development of the QA team. 11. Train, certify, and mentor QA Inspectors to ensure they possess the required skills and knowledge for effective quality control and inspection activities. 12. Serve as the primary contact for customer quality concerns per project assigned, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and driving corrective action plans to resolution. 13. Enforce safety standards and promote good housekeeping practices within QA-related areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. 14. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management to support overall department and organizational goals.
