Job Description:
- Manage direct accounts and assign distributors /channel partners in Asia/Pacific countries.
- Develop new industrial business and expand existing business by conducting comprehensive market analysis and identifying new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close complex deals that benefit company and the customers.
- Provide accurate quarterly and annually business forecasts and achieve the booking targets.
- Support factories and product lines with needed market, application, and customer related information.
- Develop and implement short- and longer-term business growth strategies and achieve the growth goals.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in a science, engineering, or photonics-related field or its equivalents with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience in similar industries.
- Experiences in laser or laser-based sub-system/system sales or business development background will be a plus.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to develop and foster long-term effective relationships with customers; experienced in channel partner management with good track record.
- Possess the drive and passion to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and update business forecast in regular base and per management requirement using SFDC.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
