The Inside Sales Representative (Telemarketing) plays a crucial role in driving AZEO's growth by connecting with potential clients. This position focuses on outreach and appointment setting, ensuring that our sales team has qualified prospects to engage with.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce AZEO’s range of corporate training solutions
  • Set appointments for the sales team by engaging with interested prospects
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture relationships with prospects
  • Meet and exceed personal telemarketing activity targets, including call volume, successful calls and appointment/meeting setting

Who You Are:

  • A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and driven by results
  • Able to handle objections and think quickly on your feet
