Purchasing Cum Admin

Job Descriptions: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in managing procurement activities and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation. Key Responsibilities: Purchasing: • Purchase and sourcing for materials, services and equipment for local and import shipment. • Compare and Evaluate purchase requisition and quotation for pricing, item specification, purchase term and etc. • Issue Purchase Orders via SQL Systems. • Coordinating all purchase activities, monitor/ track orders and ensure timely delivery. • Maintain updated record of purchase products, delivery information and invoices. • Monitoring purchase delivery schedule. • Maintaining and responsible to update filling system, keeping record, data entry etc. Administrative Support: • Provide general administrative support including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and other procurement-related documents. • Manage office supplies inventory and reorder supplies as necessary. • Assist in any other related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • SPM/Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree qualification or equivalent • Experience in SQL system • Those with experience in the procurement of parts will have an added advantage. • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. • Salary and benefits will commensurate with qualification and experience. • We provide attractive remuneration package which included EPF, SOCSO
