Responsibility:
- Provide correct and clear shipping instruction to Freight Planner for space planning purpose.
- Send pre-alert to shipper & overseas counterpart as well as update of irregularity information (offloaded, damage or other)
- Coordinate with Export Operation, Custom Team & Transport Dept for smooth shipment handling and information flow
- Coordinate with Export Billing to generate correct billing invoice within timeframe
- Preparation of Performance Report as per Customer required
- Ensure correct data key-in at AWB as well as charges in UFS as per shipping instruction and quotation provided.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from customer or overseas counterpart
- Ensure changes made in UFS and AWB is with proper CCN form raised.
- Ensure all the agent bill being cost in and no pending of payment on timely manner
Requirement:
- SPM or Diploma in relevant studies
- Good interpersonal skills
- Possess 1-2 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding industry
- Well versed in MS Office application
- Understand Incoterms
- Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
