Responsibility

Meeting sales target by promoting different deals, explaining financing options and warranties, and taking customers on test drives in order to eventually close the sale.
Meeting with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships.
Interact with customers to identify their requirements and assist them in selecting the motorbike that meets their specifications.
Build strong relationships with customers to close sales and building trust in the company brand to drive more sales, from both new and repeat buyers.
Involves monitoring the motorbike sales industry to identify current product pricing, competing/new products and new techniques of merchandising.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue.
Analysing customers and market trend.
Providing outstanding customer experiences.
Maintaining an organized and clean sales floor.
Promoting a positive working place culture.
To perform sales & marketing activities.

Requirements

Possess a qualification of Professional Certificate / Diploma in Automotive/Business Administration or its equivalent
Candidates with 2 years of relevant working experience is an added advantage
Ability to proficiently speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
Has worked in customer service related jobs is an added advantage
A pleasant & friendly disposition i.e. the ability to smile and to treat all our customers in a polite, friendly & helpful manner even in difficult circumstances
