Job Description:

  • Manning corporate Web and WhatsApp enquiries.
  • Have a clear understanding of the company's offerings and protocols.
  • Handles replies and feedback from the public through any forms of company's media

Requirement:

  • Minimum experience in corporate customer service (not front desk).
  • Computer literate with Android and Windows environment.
  • Experience in social media.
  • Basic MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
