Responsibilities:
Obtaining new customers who have contacted us overnight who have given us their basic details as they are looking to sell their car
Chasing up customers who we have requested additional information from but they have still not supplied.
Contacting potential Partners who make an inquiry.
Providing support to our sales team if they need some help in arranging appointments etc.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years work experience or fresh graduate who keen in managing customer enquiry.
We are seeking candidates proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Good organization skills
Computer literate
Self-motivated and customer service oriente
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
