Job Description:

  • Drive sales of IT hardware and related services, including laptops, RAM, switches, servers, and other available equipment.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads and expand customer base.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of IT hardware.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with resellers, partners, and distributors.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events (if any).
  • Own and hit / exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Able to assist in quotation generation, order preparation, follow up on payment and shipment.
  • Perform any other duties as may reasonable be required by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • Prefer candidate who has basic knowledge in IT/Software/Hardware.
  • Proven experience in IT hardware sales, ideally in a reseller environment.
  • Experience working with various vendors and resellers is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and services.
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences on Sales related role.
  • Responsible, self-motivated and result oriented with strong strive towards achieving targets.
  • Willing to work hard with positive attitude & desire towards success.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
