Workshop Executive

Job Description:

1. Compilation of repair status reports for management reporting.

2. Coordinate and manage component requirements to support aircraft checks in hangar.

3. Accountability of minimizing repair cost for customers and the Company.

4. Ensuring that all tools, equipment, technical publications and spares used are in accordance with the regulatory agency requirements.

5. The efficient and cost-effective allocation of manpower and equipment resources to meet aircraft maintenance targets.

6. The administration of overall discipline and performance of all staff under his charge.

7. Such other duties as assigned to him by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the similar position preferably within a workshop environment.

3. Experience with regulatory bodies such as EASA, or similar aviation authorities.

4. Familiar with aviation regulations and standards, including set by CAAM.
