We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 12-15 years of extensive maintenance experience in downstream petrochemical and oil & gas process plants. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar managerial role, effectively leading a team of engineers, supervisors, foremen, and technicians specialized in rotating and static equipment. Candidates must be willing to be deployed overseas within Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation for process plant operations.

- Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance activities for a range of rotating equipment, including centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, compressors, blowers, turbines, and mechanical seals.

- Manage static equipment maintenance, including PSVs, valves, pipelines, reactors, columns, tanks, and heat exchangers.

- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to guide maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring effective resource management.

- Develop, implement, and refine maintenance work packs and procedures, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

- Conduct reliability and root cause analysis, applying tools and methodologies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

- Establish and accomplish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the mechanical maintenance team, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Develop, implement, and execute maintenance management requirements, adhering to HSE procedures, quality procedures, and ISO standards.

- Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the maintenance team, ensuring all operations align with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- 12-15 years of maintenance experience in downstream petrochemical, oil, and gas process plants.

- Minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial position, with experience leading maintenance teams.

- Proficient in troubleshooting and analytical skills for rotating equipment widely installed in refineries and petrochemical plants.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of CMMS and its application in maintenance planning and scheduling.

- Experience in developing maintenance work packs and procedures for static and rotating equipment.

- Familiarity with reliability and root cause analysis tools is advantageous.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
