The Opportunity:
- Enter data accurately following SOPs.
- Respond to queries and access relevant files.
- Record information in the designated system.
- Ensure accuracy through quality checks.
- Communicate with customers via email.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with familiarity in following SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and completing tasks.
- Proficient in using data entry systems and relevant software (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
- Excellent written communication skills for responding to customer queries via email.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
