Job Description


  • Support Payroll Processing:
  • Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees.
  • Verify timekeeping records and ensure they align with company policies.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of employee compensation, deduction and benefits.
  • Update and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize payroll software to input data, generate report and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Assist in ad hoc task related to payroll.
  • Communication and Report:
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve issue promptly.
  • Collaborate with other department to get necessary information and data.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
  • Generate payroll related documents from system.
  • Problem Resolution and Confidentiality:
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll records or payments.
  • Work with relevant departments to resolve payroll related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in payroll procedures.


Job Requirements

School/studies/degree: Bachelor/Diploma in HR or any other related field to HR/Payroll.

Experience: Fresh graduate / candidate with experience.

Specific skills / expertise / product: Proficiency in software and Microsoft excel.
