  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Desktop Support role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As a Desktop Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, printer support, and delivering desk top support services on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Skill: L 1 OR L2 Support Role

  • Desktop Computers and Troubleshooting skills
  • Candidate is ready to do Field Work as well .
  • Technical Support and Printer Support skills
  • Experience in Desk Top Support
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields

Budget is only : 2800- 3500 k MYR per month .
