Job Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day office operations (e.g., filing, document handling, maintaining office supplies).
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing office calendars.
- Assist in human resource tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment processes.
- Handle partial sets of accounts (e.g., accounts receivable, accounts payable).
- Prepare and issue invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records.
- Assist in bookkeeping, including reconciling accounts, managing petty cash, and processing payroll.
- Support in tax filings, including GST/SST and income tax.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients regarding payments or services.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits or liaising with auditors.
- Support senior management with ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks.
- Minimum diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SPM/STPM holders with relevant work experience may also be considered.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role (administrative or accounting).
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may be accepted for entry-level positions.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, SQL, UBS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Language required : Mandarin and English
- RM1,800 to RM3,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Office hour 9am - 6pm
- 5.5 working days
