  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Consultant at QarirGenerator. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for student admission process including provide career advice, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, contact student leads and convert them into interview session, and responsible for total revenue you may achieve from clients.

Qualifications

  • Good recruiting skills minimum 2 years experience
  • Have a good sales skills and passionate in sales area
  • Consulting experience including provide career advice
  • Interviewing skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Experience in talent acquisition
  • Ability to collaborate with teams remotely
  • Strong organizational and time management skills especially with the different time zone
  • Knowledge of HR practices and administration

Job Description

  • Understanding program knowledge and present to the clients or students
  • Interview for student candidates, providing career advice
  • Approaching leads and persuade them to have interview session
  • Manage administration process of new students
  • Join several promotional activities conducted by our campaign manager to provide free webinars or free career consultation
