Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities

-Market Research:Conduct research to identify potential markets, customers, and trends in the IT industry.
-Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.

2. Client Relationship Management

-Client Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are managed.
-Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and expand services offered to them.
-Feedback Loop:Gather client feedback to improve services and maintain a competitive edge.

3. Strategic Planning and Execution

-Business Planning:Develop and execute a business development plan together with the management team that aligned with the company’s goals.
-Sales Strategy:Collaborate with the management team to create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the IT sector.

4. Project Management and Coordination

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
-Project Oversight: Oversee the implementation of new business initiatives, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
-Risk Management: Identify potential risks in new projects and develop mitigation strategies.

5. Negotiating Contracts and Closing Deal

-Leading negotiations with clients to close deals, which involves drafting and reviewing contracts, managing pricing discussions, and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Successfully closing deals is the direct result of business development efforts and directly impacts revenue and growth.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience in the IT industry.

• Minimum qualification: Bachelors Degree in IT/Business or equivalent.

• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay.

• Sales result-oriented.

• Disciplined, honest, and good time management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel.

• Willingness to learn the latest technology and trends.
