  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is a Global Top 10 International Freight Forwarding MNC, located in Subang Jaya. Currently seeking talent for their business expansion.

  • Achieve sales targets for a designated territory, leveraging existing customer relationships and actively prospecting for new business.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty, drive repeat business, and understand their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Track sales performance metrics, identify trends, and take proactive measures to address underperformance and maximize results.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential new customers to expand the customer base and drive growth.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including telemarketing, cold calling, and email outreach, to generate leads and initiate sales conversations.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Regularly engage with customers to build trust, understand their needs, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Work closely with colleagues in operations, implementation, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and efficient order fulfillment.
  • When appropriate, transition large or complex accounts to specialized account managers (KAMs or FSMs) to provide tailored support and drive long-term customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
