Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Distributor Plan both in short term and long term and lead processes to assess and develop the capability to deliver the business plan and strategy.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Distributor Management System (DMS) to engage and transform the partnership into a long-term sustainable relationship encompassing Induction, Business & Operations Planning, Training & Capability development, Infrastructure planning & Stock Management and Replenishments, Distributor Processes, ROI and GWP.
  • Identify automation opportunities in the Route-To-Market processes and drive process finalization, system development and implementation.
  • Track and drive on ground adoption and usage through capability development and engagement with distributors.
  • Manage and collaborate with different functions in regards of stocks management and replenishments, delivery on time to customers, Account Receivable & Account Payable inclusive of trade credit management.
  • Identify training needs for back-end team in the areas of process automation, process standardization, KPIs and process routines.
  • Prepare training modules and support in effective distributor operations, track effectiveness of training provided.

Skill & Requirement:

  • Preferably candidate with 4 – 5 years of experience within FMCG industry.
  • Has experience in Sales, Business Development and Account Management in General Trade.
  • Ability in negotiation with distributor (Owner, operations, finance, warehouse team) and internal stakeholders (RSM, STSM, RTM, WPOS, Finance).
  • Has understanding and experience in distributor management processes and system.
  • Poses strong problem solving, data management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work cooperatively with different functions and departments.
  • Good project management skills with meticulous follow-up skills.
  • Aggressive and demonstrate skills in achieving sales, profitability and budget goals.
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude. Goal-driven and results-oriented.
