Preferably SABAH / LABUAN / SARAWAK CANDIDATES
Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing purchase orders from clients.
- Receiving, processing and dispatching purchase requisitions from RFP system and email.
- Compiling and updating monthly sales reports and customer records.
- Registration of all products and the punchout link database to prevent any duplication of the product link.
- Maintaining and updating customer database system comprising contact details, email, department (if necessary) and roles.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Assisting sales manager in generating quotations to clients.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Requirement and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
- Fresh graduate / entry level
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Labuan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
