Preferably SABAH / LABUAN / SARAWAK CANDIDATES

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders from clients.
  • Receiving, processing and dispatching purchase requisitions from RFP system and email.
  • Compiling and updating monthly sales reports and customer records.
  • Registration of all products and the punchout link database to prevent any duplication of the product link.
  • Maintaining and updating customer database system comprising contact details, email, department (if necessary) and roles.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Assisting sales manager in generating quotations to clients.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Requirement and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
  • Fresh graduate / entry level
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Labuan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
