Responsibilities
- Hands-on installation and troubleshooting of IT Hardware & software.
- Provide 1st level support for a wide range of technical issues related to software and hardware by identifying, resolving ad escalating the problems to vendor and ensure that the service commitment is met and in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide daily operation technical support to users, including end user pc, software and hardware support, email, and all related network infrastructures.
- Repair, Image, setup and recover from hardware or software failures.
- Preparation of reports and provide administrative support as assigned by superior.
- Create SOP for all documentation related to IT.
- Administration of IT asset and perform audit report on the movement of asset.
- Sound knowledge in installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft application system such as various Windows Operating system and Office application.
- Installation / re-installation / Configuration / Troubleshooting network printer devices both local and network.
- Setting up new user’s accounts and profile and dealing with password issues.
- Liaise, co-ordinate with external vendor for system support.
- Any ad hoc task which by superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or relevant studies
- Preferably candidate with 1 year of relevant experience
- Good time management skill
- Creative and self-initiative
- Able to handle stress
