You deliver detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insight with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency, consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

  • Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
  • Maintain and optimize systems for sales (including functionalities for customer management, route planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, and tracking).
  • Provide Level 1 support to users facing issues using Newspage in co-operation with service providers
  • Custodian of the Retail Sales System data and analytic tools.
  • Sales team incentive management and tracking
  • Overseeing commercial related non-inventory PO management.
  • Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.
  • Monitor and analyze internal and external data to develop business insights, implications and recommendations for action.


What You Will Bring

  • Relevant experience in Sales System especially in Newspage (DMS/SFA), Power BI, SAP BW
  • Knowledge of sales processes and systems
  • Facilitation skills to demonstrate use and functionality of sales systems
  • Problem-solving skills
