  • Manage a diverse portfolio of existing and new clients to achieve revenue targets and company goals.
  • Implement sales strategies in assigned markets, based in the northern region.
  • Develop effective sales plans to maximize revenue for each client and market.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales forecasts and progress, following the I.M.P.A.C.T. sales process (Investigate, Meet, Probe, Apply, Convince, Tie-IT-Up) with at least five daily reports.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance client offerings.
  • Use market insights to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Build strong client relationships to understand their needs and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute customer retention strategies.
  • Leverage industry contacts to find new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide after-sales support and service to customers.
  • Maintain a Daily Journal, S.O.T.W. (Start of the Week), and a Monthly Presentation on sales activities.
  • Complete assigned tasks to the satisfaction of management.
  • Responsibilities may change based on management’s direction and additional duties may arise.
  • Minimum education is Diploma
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • 2- 3 years Technical and Engineering experience in industrial automation and instrument will be added advantage
  • Strong verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and explaining products.
  • The ability to persuade and negotiate is crucial for closing sales.
  • Outdoor sales often involve working independently, so self-discipline and motivation are important.
  • Managing time effectively and keeping track of leads and sales is essential.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction can enhance sales success.
