  • Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
  • Input orders into a POS system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.
  • Understand, follow and practice adherence to company policies, workplace safety standards, First In-First Out (FIFO) stock rotation, follows and promotes Food Safety practices, cleanliness and sanitation, and good housekeeping practices.
  • Assist the store management team in some restaurant operations-related duties as necessary i.e., wastage recording, inventory of stocks
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin
  • Candidate must at least possess primary/secondary/O-Level any field.
