The Role
An Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to join our Corporate Finance Team. This role reports directly to the Executive Director and offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of strategic initiatives that shape the Group's growth.

Job Scope

- Assist in executing mergers & acquisitions, asset monetisation, and fundraising (debt & equity).
- Prepare and review financial models, board/executive documents, and perform detailed investment analysis.
- Coordinate due diligence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support negotiations with lenders, legal counsel, and other external parties.
- Review contracts and manage relationships with corporate advisors, investment banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist business divisions with their strategic initiatives as required.
- Monitor the performance of the Group's divisions by compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Provide briefs for executive committee meetings and board documents related to investee companies.
- Prepare materials for analyst presentations, annual reports, press releases, and general meetings.
- Support key shareholders with ad-hoc requests and special projects.

What You Need
- Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, fund management, venture capital, accounting/tax, or management consulting.
- Skills:
- Strong in financial projections, analysis, and modelling.
- Good understanding of tax, accounting processes, and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
