Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting field
- At least 1-2 years of working experience
- Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Language: Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Bahasa Malaysia in spoken & written
- High sense of urgency, sensitivity and confidentiality
- Candidate with SQL accounting software would be advantage.
Responsibility
- Handle full set of account and generate relevant reports.
- Preparing financial reports, budgeting, cash flow forecasting and monitoring accounts payable/receivable.
- Coordination with outsource accountant and get data for prepare Accounting related report.
- Responsible for monitor and follow up debtor outstanding payment.
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy
- Responsible for monthly stock audit.
- Administration of daily operations and overall accounting functions.
- Liaising with account consultant, tax agents, auditors, bank officers and other authority bodies as necessary
- Verify and check staff claims and suppliers’ invoices
- Handling day to day administrative duties such as utility, insurance renewal, office maintenance, staff claims, petty cash, general filling and others
- Handling of employees’ consumables such as stationery, safety equipment, and others.
- Assist for employee welfare arrangements.
- Assist on coordinate meetings, including setup, lunch arrangements, and special events.
- Assist superior in performing other duties as instructed and which may arise from time to time.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by HOD.
