Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting field
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Language: Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Bahasa Malaysia in spoken & written
  • High sense of urgency, sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Candidate with SQL accounting software would be advantage.

Responsibility

  • Handle full set of account and generate relevant reports.
  • Preparing financial reports, budgeting, cash flow forecasting and monitoring accounts payable/receivable.
  • Coordination with outsource accountant and get data for prepare Accounting related report.
  • Responsible for monitor and follow up debtor outstanding payment.
  • Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy
  • Responsible for monthly stock audit.
  • Administration of daily operations and overall accounting functions.
  • Liaising with account consultant, tax agents, auditors, bank officers and other authority bodies as necessary
  • Verify and check staff claims and suppliers’ invoices
  • Handling day to day administrative duties such as utility, insurance renewal, office maintenance, staff claims, petty cash, general filling and others
  • Handling of employees’ consumables such as stationery, safety equipment, and others.
  • Assist for employee welfare arrangements.
  • Assist on coordinate meetings, including setup, lunch arrangements, and special events.
  • Assist superior in performing other duties as instructed and which may arise from time to time.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by HOD.
