As part of our expansion, we are in the midst of searching for a potential candidate to join our Human Resources and Administration (HRA) team.
We are on the lookout for a meticulous, passionate, and resourceful individual to grow our company to the next level to fill our Talent Acquisition Specialist position. At JurisTech, we strongly believe in growing heroes to be successful leaders!
RESPONSIBILITIES
A. End-to-End Recruitment Cycle
- Excellent execution of end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
B. Sourcing & Networking
- Proactively search for, identify, network with, and directly contact active and passive job seekers using a variety of channels available.
- Online advertising (careers website, external job board postings) and automated electronic candidate searches.
- Database mining, using social networking sites etc. Contacting potential candidates who have posted their information on the internet, consistently generating leads from applicants over the phone or face to face.
- Searching in-house databases, creating hot lists, keeping high quality declined candidates warm and on ‘potential prospect’ lists.
C. Screening & Shortlisting
- Develop effective pre-screening questions, short listing CVs against the hiring requirements, actively reviewing, and challenging the diversity of talent pools.
D. Applicant Management
- Efficient end to end applicant management for each requisition i.e. timely review and short listing of applications, promptly updating applicants and responding to any queries, liaising with HR Manager/Recruitment Team Lead/Hiring Manager/Business Unit Head regarding interview and assessment arrangements.
- Co-ordinate timely provision of feedback between the hiring manager and candidates.
- Manage any rejections that may be potentials for other roles, and ensuring that rejections are handled appropriately.
E. Talent Acquisition Administration
- Process talent acquisition administrative activities such as the administration of offer letter, foreign knowledge worker employment visa application, and collection of HR related documents etc in a timely manner.
F. Recruitment Events
- Coordinate and execute recruitment events and activities (e.g. careers Fairs) as required.
G. Onboarding
- Facilitate a welcoming experience for all new employees by supporting and coordinating various onboarding initiatives.
H. General HR Support.
- Part of the HR team which performs other administrative and HR activities as required.
- To perform any other duties as required from the management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Has 2 to 5 years of work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house or external recruiter).
- Experience in IT Recruitment knowledge is a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to provide great candidate experience.
- Highly collaborative and able to manage stakeholders.
- Meticulous, hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation.
- Possess strong self-motivation and independence with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word and Excel).
- Strong in critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem solving, and is result-oriented.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical decision-making in handling sensitive information.
