  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or degree in Quality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Scope and Responsibilities

  • To investigates and handles reported product complains from the customer.
  • To maintain a good term of relation between end user for product evaluation and customer satisfaction.
  • To advise and give feedback to the product testing and laboratory team on the results of the complaint investigation.
  • To participate in cross functional teams to execute product development plan.
  • Prepare accurate quality test reports and analyze data to identify issues and areas for improvement.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Puncak Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • QC: 2 years (Preferred)
