  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JR65662 OPERATOR, IPQC (Evergreen)

Responsibilities And Tasks

IPQC:

  • To perform compliance audit (IPQC Audit)
  • To update IPQC database on shiftly basis with findings
  • Escalate general findings to production manager/relevant parties
  • Provide suggestions towards improvements when appropriate
  • To comply to ESD & Cleanroom protocol.
  • Follow ESH & Safety protocol.
  • Complete certification and Recertification

AQL Final Visual Inspection:

  • Receive AQL lots from Manufacturing Team.
  • Perform AQL check on AQL lots.
  • Trigger Process Engineering in the event of a failure detected in an AQL lot.
  • Place the AQL VM completed lots into respective boxes together with vacuum bag and return to Manufacturing Team for repacking (for MMY, AQL VM completed lots will be return without box, vacuum bag, desiccant and HIC card to manufacturing).

Requirement and Qualification:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Preferable with 1 year experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment and quality-relevant functions
  • Able to communicate and understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily job duties
  • Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
