- Handle VIP users and agents through professional procedures to ensure that VIP users and agents can use the platform normally;
- Collect, organize, and summarize the questions and suggestions raised by VIP users, agents, and partners, and provide timely feedback to the team.
- Review the standardization and compliance of high-level users, agent information and content;
- Communicate with platform partners to establish a good cooperative relationship;
- Bachelor's degree or above, English or related major, outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable;
- English and Mandarin can be used as working languages. IT is better to have working experience in Internet giants and VIP customer service experience.
- Good client-server awareness, flexible thinking, and strong learning ability;
- Good at communication and has a good team spirit
- Data Analysis and regular proactive reporting
- 5 working days per week
