  • Handle VIP users and agents through professional procedures to ensure that VIP users and agents can use the platform normally;
  • Collect, organize, and summarize the questions and suggestions raised by VIP users, agents, and partners, and provide timely feedback to the team.
  • Review the standardization and compliance of high-level users, agent information and content;
  • Communicate with platform partners to establish a good cooperative relationship;
  • Bachelor's degree or above, English or related major, outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable;
  • English and Mandarin can be used as working languages. IT is better to have working experience in Internet giants and VIP customer service experience.
  • Good client-server awareness, flexible thinking, and strong learning ability;
  • Good at communication and has a good team spirit
  • Data Analysis and regular proactive reporting
