Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Daihatsu showroom as required.
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries about our products and services.
- Prepare sales documentation and reports.
- Provide efficient administrative support to the sales team.
- Build good relations with customers.
Job Requirements:
- SPM and above
- Experience in customer service or retail sales preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Mandarin a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
