Our team collaborates closely with various departments, including GrabAds, Product, Marketing, Food & CE, and other partners, to identify effective advertising solutions for our merchants.

Get to Know the Role

Reporting to the Manager for Self-Serve Business Strategy and Planning, you will help support regional business development and creating strategies to boost self-serve ad growth. You will promote and delivering advertising services within Grab's ecosystem. The role demands working closely with leaders from multiple functions to foster broad merchant adoption of our advertising solutions.

This is a hybrid role based in Petaling, Jaya, Malaysia.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will guide budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring to ensure we meet our targets.
  • You will establish and manage performance goals, define Goals, and align them across departments to support business growth.
  • You will co-create and execute strategies and special projects designed to enhance our business potential through cross-functional and regional collaboration.
  • You will develop and manage demand planning initiatives, working with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Solutions teams to improve customer lifecycle and grow the account base.
  • You will foster advertiser growth by developing strategic plans to boost ad loyalty on our platform.
  • You will take a long-term view of market positioning and target relevant market segments.
  • You will manage regular business reviews and provide executive updates for leadership agreement.
