Job Description

We’re expanding our team! We are looking for dedicated, motivated and creative individuals to proudly join us as Customer Service Officer (Contact Centre). This position plays a pivotal role in cultivating a professional and welcoming environment to elevate the standard of care for our patients. The primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to individuals seeking information about our products and treatment services, while also actively striving to boost the number of clients visiting the clinic for consultations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the enquiries through phone calls, email, live chat, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels promptly and professionally.
  • Approach customers from enquiries to capture the leads with name, contact number, email, patient main concern and etc.
  • Send newsletter and promotion package to existing and potential customers to generate sales.
  • Perform receptionist tasks when needed.
  • Maintaining patient's loyalty program.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior and management.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration/Marketing/Public Relations, Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of medical aesthetics are preferred.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Customer Service.
  • Pleasant disposition with good communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.
  • Adequate training will be provided.

Working Location: Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya

Working Hour: Monday to Saturday 10am to 6.30pm, extra 2 weekdays off in every month, total 6 days off
