Job responsibilities

  • Process staff claims.
  • Responsible for monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet.
  • Handle daily finance operations which include but are limited to General Ledger, General Journals, Account Receivables and Account Payables.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Create and update expenses reports.
  • Enter financial transactions into Auto Count & ERP.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
  • Issue payment vouchers and official receipts.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, photocopying etc.

Job requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a related field.
  • Required language (s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Auto Count & ERP system will be added advantage.
  • Work well in a team.
  • Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Experience in a real estate agency is an added advantage.
