Job responsibilities
- Process staff claims.
- Responsible for monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Handle daily finance operations which include but are limited to General Ledger, General Journals, Account Receivables and Account Payables.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Create and update expenses reports.
- Enter financial transactions into Auto Count & ERP.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
- Issue payment vouchers and official receipts.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a related field.
- Required language (s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Detail oriented.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Auto Count & ERP system will be added advantage.
- Work well in a team.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- Detail oriented.
- Experience in a real estate agency is an added advantage.
