Tasks & responsibilities

Marketing Executive

  • Assist in Marketing Campaigns:
    • Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, PPC).
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
    • Analyze competitors and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM systems.
    • Generate reports to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
    • Help prepare marketing materials and presentations for events.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
    • Manage marketing inventory, including promotional materials and branded merchandise.

Brand Executive

  • Develop engaging and persuasive copy for campaigns, social media posts, and other branding materials.
  • Generate innovative ideas to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and manage social media strategies to increase exposure and build brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling photos and videos for promotional purposes.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clear brand messaging.
  • Handle crisis situations or urgent projects with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
  • Manage branding projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into branding strategies.
  • Apply basic marketing principles to support the overall branding strategy.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven experience in copywriting with a portfolio of creative work.
  • Ability to think creatively and present fresh ideas regularly.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of photography and videography for content creation.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within our multinational team, with proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (or other local languages) beneficial for regional stakeholder communication.
