  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About us

We are Currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting processes , overseeing overseas financial operations and maintaining compliance with statutory reporting requirements

Qualifications & experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate (Autocount accounting software , Microsoft Excel and Word)
  • Must be well versed in English & Bahasa Malaysia , Candidate able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Responsible and able to work independently.
  • Able to work in Kelana Jaya

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Able to handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger accurately on time with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, statements, payments and collections.
  • Paying vendors by scheduling payments and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
  • Process payments for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Able to prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, official receipt, sales invoices, and delivery orders.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
  • Hardworking & self-motivated with good public relationship & communication skills.
