Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

The Segment Sales Team Lead is to lead the sales team and to conduct effective tactical planning and go to market strategy to achieve company sales target for the targeted Segment customer

What are you accountable for?

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the direct sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
  • Understanding consumer and segment needs, design sales pitch and train sales team to achieve sales target

What do you need to have for this role?

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years in sales/ sales management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation
  • Good written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, and a team player
