JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and market opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for the product team, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of features and products that meet merchant needs.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and resource availability.
- Ensure that product development is aligned with the latest payment industry standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Define, track, and manage Product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our merchants’ needs and pain points to create products that deliver exceptional value and user experience.
- Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to gather insights and feedback from merchants, using this data to inform product decisions.
SCHEDULE & WORKING HOUR:
- Monday - Friday: 8.30am-5.15pm
